I can't thank you enough for returning my eyeglasses to me by first class post.  I feel like a real idiot for walking off and leaving them on the table, and am so grateful for your prompt and generous response in mailing them to me. It was really urgent to me because I am going to Florida on Sunday to visit my mother, and there is no time to get a new pair or even go back to London to get them - even though it would have meant another meal at Ciao Baby!

 

This is a level of service that none of us encounters very often and I am telling everyone I know about it - everyone loves a happy ending and everyone enjoys a story about business people going out of their way to do a very kind favor for a customer. I will never forget this.

 

Of course we will be returning to Ciao Baby and recommending it to our friends. We go to the Bush Theatre as often as we can and before I knew I had left my glasses we were already congratulating ourselves on finding such a good place for dinner. In addition to the fine service and your kindness in returning my glasses, that canneloni was the best I ever had in my life. Truly!
